A dash of pepper spices up this chai for those who need a little more spice!
(black tea, pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, cloves)
Use: 1-2 heaping tsp / 1 cup water add to boiling water; add the same amount of milk to water and boil; simmer for 1 minute; strain and serve.
Roasted Hazelnut Mate roasted hazelnut mate
A roasted mate infused with a rich hazelnut flavour. Very rich and roasty in flavour. Best substitute for coffee. ***ALLERGY ALERT -- CONTAINS NUTS ***
Use: Pour lukewarm water over the leaves; let stand for a few seconds; pour hot water (never boiling) over the leaves; keep adding hot water as you drink.
